Recreational Sports, Part 1

Part 1

Steve: Hello Steven.

Stephen: Hello Steve. It's nice to see you again. Steve: Nice to see you. I'd like to chat with you a bit about your interest in sports. Stephen: Sure.

Steve: You lived in Japan for quite a few years, I think.

Stephen: That's right, about nine years. Steve: Nine years. And I think you lived in different cities.

Stephen: That's right, I lived in Sendai for four years, which is a little bit north of Tokyo. Tokyo for four years, and then one year down south in Shikoku.

Steve: OK. And did you play any sports when you were in Japan?

Stephen: A little bit. I played a little bit of soccer in Japan. But my schedule was quite busy, so I tended to do more individual sports.

Steve: Um-hmm.

Stephen: Jogging, weight-lifting, tennis... those types of things.
