Universities Lead the Way in Creating Global Citizens

Dr. Martha Piper, president and vice-chancellor of the University of British Columbia, believes Universities must go beyond teaching fundamental disciplines and make certain that all student learn that there is an enemy threatening us; not a country, but a threatening attitude characterized by "ignorance, intolerance, terror and revenge."
