What is the LingQs limit?
As you study lessons on LingQ, you look up and save new words and phrases. We call this process creating LingQs. Your LingQs limit tells you how many LingQs you can add to your account.
How do I get points?
Points are used for tutored services like writing correction and live conversation and to buy premium lessons. You can buy points or they can be earned by tutoring, referring friends and sharing lessons in the Library.
How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel my account?
Once you are logged in, go to the Account page and select your new membership level. Changes to your account occur right away. You will be charged the fee for your new membership level on your next billing date.
How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel my account?
Once you are logged in, go the Account page and click the "Cancel your account" link. Your account will be cancelled immediately and all your data will be deleted from our system. You will not be charged again.
How can I pay without a credit card (Visa/MC)?
We do also accept payment through PayPal which lets you pay directly from your bank account, or by debit card, check or credit card (MC, Visa, Amex, Diners). Sign up for a confirmed account at PayPal and then you will be able to sign up for a recurring membership or buy points on the Account page.
